Terms of service

Last updated: draft. These terms govern use of the MachAIr website, application and drone survey services. By using the service you agree to them. They are a working draft pending legal review.

The service

MachAIr provides software for golf course management and, separately, paid drone survey services. Some features are free (the Clubhouse tier); others require a paid plan (Greenkeeper) or a separate paid engagement (drone surveys).

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Each club’s data is isolated from every other club. You must not attempt to access another club’s data or circumvent the service’s security.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt or attempt to reverse engineer the service.
• Do not upload unlawful content or use the service to break the law.
• Keep statutory records accurate; the service is a tool, not a substitute for your legal duties.

Plans, surveys and payment

Pricing is shown on our pricing page and is subject to change with notice. Drone surveys are quoted and booked separately; prices vary with course size and travel. Survey scheduling depends on weather and aviation rules.

Data and your content

You retain ownership of your data. We process it to provide the service and in line with our privacy policy and the data processing agreement between us and your club.

Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Agronomy models, predictions and survey imagery are decision-support tools provided in good faith; they do not replace professional judgement. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your plan agreement.
